Here we go again, same year and color as the one we built for Mitch. Guess I can’t get away from this group. Doubt I’ll take this as far as our last one but who knows. Stranger things have happened.
Did you have to get it realigned after the install?Lift kit arrived late Monday, Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro stage 2 with constant rate front springs. Ironman4x4 America is currently running a pretty good sale as gave me an extra 10% off when I placed my order over the phone. They took the time and answered all my questions, I’d definitely purchase from them again
UPS took their time delivering it (we’re the second to last house on the delivery route) and the the misc parts box had busted open in the truck. The driver had done a good job of trying to keep it all together. UCAs look really good. And they even labeled the coilovers.
Installed the lift while doing my conference calls for work. This telework gig ain’t too shabby.
After a short drive it’s sitting at 3” of lift in the front and 2” in the rear. Still has about a 1” rake. So far I’m very happy with it. Might be a while until we can get some trail miles under her.

Kind of a perspective skew of the lens but the truck does still fit in the garage with room to spare.

Where are you going to mount your green "MaxTrax?"Yep, I’m at Firestone right now
No where. Thinking of selling them. I already have a set of Maxtrax.Where are you going to mount your green "MaxTrax?"
This looks like it is going to be a 45 body on an 80 frame/drive train? If so, would that make it a FJ 62.5? Have you started a build link?Started working on the 45 series .......

Not including daydreaming, stalking or lurking around other like builds, you have been physically working on that for well over a year and I had no idea. I need to look around Mud more often. That is going to be a KA rig. Definitely following that build.
It wasn't too bad, this was the second one I've done - Kind of a common problem on these trucksi got close to that rear driveshaft job on the highlander, We sold the truck instead.. but.. she did have 330000 miles on her. I really didn't want to do that job. Kudo's to you for tackling it.
