That positive battery terminal looks like it's only half-way on there.

BTW, that style of terminal is meant to be used only for emergency repairs, they're not a permanent solution.

It was loose as I was screwing around with the wiring. That's interesting about the terminals. I had no idea! Thanks for the heads up.
 
Read the fusible link with a meter. Reading 10v. Both batteries reading 12v. All grounds looking good. Would it make sense that it may have something to do with a faulty starter relay?

I'd say you want a new fusible link here. If you're losing 2 volts just through it, something's not right there. Too much resistance for some reason.
 
Also, 12.4 Volts or less and that's a dead battery.
