I am fearing it's the rear diff..

That seems about normal to me. What's the status of your Ujoints?

That’s what mine sounds like, seems normal.

check your control arms & panhard are tight

The section in black is a toyota part, but seems hard to find and cost prohibitive.

Would anyone pay for a 3d printed part with options?

I would think so. This has been brought up many times over the years and people trying to source them, either for the stock config like yours or switches or radios, etc.

When I had my 80 I always wanted to mount my remote head unit for my 8800 up there, but to lazy to track down that part. I also want to sun-roof delete and extend it back about 12" or so. Much like (I think) the Tahoe or Suburbans have. Been awhile since I thought about it.

I think there would be interest, but it would be forcing all those interested parties to deal with the visors. As if that isn't problem enough already
