So sorry to see this for sale - didn't you just buy it?

If you are selling out of sheer frustration - maybe walk away and take a breather. I lost my marbles at one point in my Pig project and thought seriously about selling her. Now I am glad I didn't - but I was at the end of my rope!

Not really at the end of my rope, I don't think it's that bad. If I cannot sell it, I will just keep working on it. I am in a bit of a situation, don't have the garage space I thought I would and need to help my daughter with some financial stuff that I wasn't expecting. So, if the right offer comes around I think I will let it go.
