Jeopardy on Netflix one of the clues was something to the effect of "Car maker with SUVs named Highlander and Land Cruiser."
No screen grab but saw the trailer for the new Terminator movie coming out this summer. Main character Sarah Connor (pronounce with your best Governator accent) drives an 80 series. Hey if it's cool enough for Sarah it's cool enough for me!

I love this cruiser - it isn't fully restored like so many classics on TV. It has parts missing, bezel is upside down, has a ginormous front bull bar, right hand drive, homemade hitch, back up lights don't work, but has surprisingly little rust for an Aussie rig supposedly on an island.

watched a couple mediocre shows on amazon prime recently, that had pretty over the top cruiser porn.
alaska off road warriors: pretty sweet 55, and a couple 4 runners. one jeep and one land rover.
spoiler alert!!!! the landy breaks down...
then there was a show filmed in australia. this is PURE cruiser porn. main star is a 70 series flat bed, and the "bad guy" drives a 40 that screams like a wildcat when he hits the throttle. not sure where to get that mod, but definitely looking for it.

Have seen Office Space a few times. Just noticed this 80 at the beginning of the movie in the rush hour traffic scene. Nice surprise.
Was watching Stranger Things Season 3 on Netflix. Saw this blue truck in the background. Front end looks Landcruiser-ish, but I don't know for sure. Any ideas?

Yeah, the tail lights are what threw me off. Thought it might just be some tail light protectors on there. The front is pretty unmistakable.
4L on Netflix has an awesome scene you guys are sure to enjoy but having a tough time uploading the video from my phone.
