The shop LX started running like crap today. I now know why. With 437k miles it is allowed to do strange things. Threads for spark plug are no longer in the cylinder head. Time for an insert and then back on the road it goes

900 miles. 1/2 just trailer.....14 mpg and 1/2 loaded 11 mpg.

Last year right at 170,000 miles I rolled my 1998 Land Cruiser into 49T to get a checkup before Berkley started driving it to school.
1 year, one wreck and a mere 7,700 miles it went back to @wct49 for an oil change and check up.
We had a bad upper tie rod end replaced and all the fluids freshened up.
Red dropped it off Thursday on the way out of town to grab the kids and the bonus feature of all was that it was sitting here at Tilda Bogue when I got home.
Serious service right there. Thanks Chris and Crew. A+

Responsive with my texting about the lx. Just curious if anyone saw it personally. I know there’s paint fade and cracked dashboard. Birfs looks like it’s been done. I don’t know about much else.
