How do you remove these? I have one bulb that is out. Both are cloudy

You can kind of see the catch mechanism in the photo above—slide the unit laterally (I forget which way), then pull. One side will pop down, then you slide in the other direction to get the other end of the light. Doesn't take much force at all.
