If you'll notice that under rule 8, paragraph 4, subsection 3-B of "The U.S. 70 Series Registration" introduction,
it clearly states that the vehicle must be in the U.S.

Got a 1993 Prado with a 2L-TE a few weeks ago in Seattle.

It's a beautiful rig, currently bone stock and in excellent condition. Gonna upgrade the cooling with a HZJ fan and a new thermostat. Aftermarket temp and EGT sensors some time in the near future. Unfortunately it has the original defective head..
