97 LX450 Part Out (1 Viewer)

Thought I would start a separate thread versus posting in the Garage Sale thread so I don't junk that one up.

I am going to try and keep this local to start with.

I am parting out the black 97 LX450 that I have. It has approximately 390,XXX miles on it. From what I can tell by posts from the original owner, the motor has about 200,XXX miles on it but it is toast.

Lot's of stuff left on it. If you don't see something you are needing in the pics, still ask because I may have it.

If you interested in something, post up what you are interested in and I will get you a price.

Plan is to start pulling the front clip off over the next week and then yank the motor, transmission, and transfer case.

Hood has already been promised to @raynyc pending his inspection.

Asking $250 for the set of front seats. Not sure on the condition of the gears for front to back movement. Drivers seat has a small tear starting (see pic) and could use some leather conditioner. Passengers seat is near perfect.

The dents in the seat leather should pop out. They are there from how they were stored.

Right rear interior door panel.
Rear lower tailgate.
Spark plugs and look covers on top of engine (front and rear).
Fan shroud if in good shape.
Chunk of the cab after it's all done to work on cabin air intake. I need a section of the firewall, cowl, behind RF fender, maybe up into the A pillar.
Oh s*** handle plugs.

Speedometer.
Sunroof assembly (especially if it works)
Interior headliner if in good shape
Sunroof air dam if not broken

Have it. Not sure on functionality but easy enough to check.

Should be there. You’ll have to tell me where to find that. I assume under the dash with yellow wires plugged into it.

Which style of wheel are you looking? LX450? They are different then the LC ones. I don’t have these anymore but have a couple other wheels.

Got it down. They do have the Lexus emblem on them. Not sure if you can roll that fancy.

Dash pad is in good shape. No cracks. I’ll give you a price for it.

It’s not in bad shape. Little dirty but may clean up just fine.

It’s not factory. Glued on aftermarket one.

Front passenger door looks good. Rear passenger door has a small door ding/dent in it. You good with LX450 doors with the cladding on them? The holes can be filled relatively easy if you use the same process I did on mine.

Unfortunately those are cracked and missing the nuts for the 2nd row steps. Might check with Wits End for those?
