I ordered a wiper bottle replacement for the Warthog from CCOT.
It’s a sweet little kit that would normally be a plug and play.
Turns out my wash switch is not working. It’s a combo switch with the wipers. Wipers work and the wiring is whole and good so it’s the switch.
Luckily the kit comes with a switch but it just took more time. I put the switch where the blank is above the choke.
The problem I had was that I’m running a 79 hood and they don’t have washer sprayers in them. I bought a nice OEM spray head from @cruiseroutfit (the CCOT kit has heads)
All ready.

I think @onemanarmy was hassling me about my dirty hood so I cleaned it in a fit of frustration as I listened to my Ole Miss Rebels losing to some team I’ve never heard of.
Also I cleaned up that washer hose routing.

I got a headliner in for my 40 today and am wondering why I’ve never seen one for a 55 made out of 40 material that went into the segments of the 55 roof panels. I may talk to Mike at Cruiser Corps about it.

UPS finally relented and admitted the box is lost.
@cruiseroutfit being the quality vendor they are shipped out a new box today.
That a LOT of money out of his pocket until UPS pays up. 2 full kits. Thank you Kurt.
On other news, my FrontRunner load bars made it today. I used the Labor Day free shipping offer to grab 3 sets of load bars to replace the full ARB rack I was running.
I think this will be good for my use. If not, all these parts transfer over to a full rack if I decide that’s best.

Doing some under hood cleanup. The matte black I painted the air cleaner was bothering me. Painted some. Scrubbed some. Cleaned some more.
The suspension parts will be here late Monday afternoon.

Turned out great under here with the new @Racer65 coolant bottle and fresh paint. I need the proper plug for the air cleaner. Right now that’s a furniture plug.
Also other than SOR who has the air cleaner sticker? Also maybe a 2F sticker.
Another thing I’ve been wanting to do is paint the Black into my grill. Tedious taping but I wanted this for a while
