Here are some pics of my 80. I am slowly getting it back into tip top shape. I am prepping for an Overland Trip from Florida to Colorado with my two lovely daughters before they are grown and gone. They are 19 and 17 now.
Here's what I have done so far:
Paint job
All new wiring under the hood.
Distributor, plug wires, battery, etc.
Snorkel
Upgraded tires
Valve cover gasket
Timing cover set
All new brake system
New power steering pump and reservoir
Removed 3rd row sets (sold)
Removed Carpet and rhino lined the floor
Replaced Factory Bumper with Off road bumper
Added 12,000 pound winch
And more that I am surely forgetting right now.
What I still need (Wish List):
Axle seals
Battery charger/isolator (Redarc or CTEK, etc)
Blue Sea Fuse Block
Water tank with 12 v pump
Heat Exchange for hot showers
Drawer System
Fridge
Upgraded Suspension
Roof Top Tent
Heavy duty rear bumper
And more...
