I am in the process of building a 200 and there are many "moving parts" to the project. I am wondering if I could mount the 285s on my stock suspension? Just a week or so before it gets a suspension upgrade.

Thanks,
Mike

Yes, thats what I have on stock suspension

I hope so, because that's what I have. lol

May not be relevant but on my 16 I tried 285/18/70 and it rubbed on stock suspension so I went with toyos 275 instead for my occasional off-roading. Once I have my BP-51s with SPC UAC on then I can put on my set aside RW set with KO2 285/75/17

That's what Toyota recommends:

All other things being the same, a 285/70-18 is going to be exactly 1 inch taller than a 285/70-17, due to that bigger wheel size. And for what its worth, a theoretical 275/75-18 would be taller than a 285/70-18.
