Finally sucked it up and acquired legit OEM style connectors to fix some simmering electrical issues.
Cycleterminal.com is the shizit.

I already have one, but its 13 years old, so I might pick up a good one. It works fine, just not the best quality.

I have green handled set from cycleterminal, woks well and was only about $35. I've crimped hundreds of terminals with it and it’s still going strong.
 
I may have the same one... Mine seem bend the blade end down and, sometimes, the crimp gets crushed vs. bending into the wire. Though, that may also be the quality of the terminal.
 
Where has the group had the best luck acquiring front axle service kits? My 40 with front disc setup is leaking. It needs a full service, seals, bearings, hubs, etc. It has finally soaked my front brake pads.
