spent the afternoon making a main hoop for some panniers on my FZ1. Saddle bags got damaged contacting the tire last year. Solution is long over due. Just gotta bend some hoops to go behind the bags and burn them in. Trying to get creative keeping myself busy till Ryan finishes my 40!!

my image links are broken on my screen and say to update my photo bucket account. Then I went to the website and they asked for 399.99 a year to be a third party image hosting site. Almost spilled my beer I laughed so hard. Which image hosting sit do you guys use??

Got to use the "Upload File" button to post pics. Photobucket is no bueno anymore and MUD lets you upload direct now.

After a weekend adventure on the bike with the gf, I decided I needed a liiiittle more room. Adding a mount for a top box. Just tacked on for a mock up in the pics. I'll have to finish it this week.

Pulled my Alternator off and had it tested. All was good. Put it back on my volt meter still reads 10v resting and 12v charging :crybaby:. Then I had an Epiphany! I have not actually put a meter on my battery! I have a 2v voltage loss on my in cab volt meter?? I now need to see where I ran the wires and fix it. I still have the starter locking up? I would have Edd look at it but I think his mind would explode!

Yeah, I get a bit embarrassed when I show my wiring to @emorth. Kind of like when you have a female doctor for your physical and it's time for you hernia check.

Well, since there are 2 weekends left before Fall Crawl and one of them is spoken for already, I figure what better time to swap out both front springs (one broke at CMCC in July), fix my poor previous cowl patch, fill the dumb antenna hole and derust and re-seam-seal the cowl then right now?
Much thanks to @TRFCSUX for giving up your morning to help me with the springs.

Since moving into the house in '13, my garage has been low on power. One of the 120VAC legs running from the house to the garage circuit box was reading less than 50Vac. So after years of procrastination and bitching about, a buddy who is good at residential wiring listened and volunteered to help out. I dropped the $$ on the 2-2-2-4 wire, supplies and trencher rental this weekend and took care of business. My garage is now up to full power!! Also, thanks jsharrell for advice.
