Here are some photos from the recent bumper @Make it welded up for me from the @NWTI kit that I bought after my truck was hit.

1990 - 1997 FJ80/FZJ80 winch bumper kit

The kit welded up really nicely, and the only issue we had was the AC Drier was in the way and we had to move it to make space for the light socket.

I also had Sailor add a couple tabs on the grill guard for a light bar.

I did! I'm going to do the expansion valve this weekend.

I didn't weigh it, but one person can lift it on their own. It's easier with two! Sailor might have a better estimate of weight.

If you didn't have the lights, would it work without moving the dryer?

It would have made it easier for sure. But we still had to trim some of the top piece of the bumper off to fit around the hose-lines, but the light cup was why we had to move the dryer.
