It would be nice to see UPS step up to the plate and hopefully they will but at a minimum you can count on Rob to back his products.

UPS et-al has a standard reply, used ubiquitously. "Insufficient packaging".

There is no way to beat it. Shippers are universally fxxxed.

Finally took a few hours this weekend to swap the rad. Also flushed the system with coolant descaler and swapped over from toyota red to green.

So possible divorce topic. We have been saving YEARS for a pool, and it looks like early next year we will be able to put one in. It just so happens that it more than covers the cost of an alucab pop top conversion for the troopy.... decisions decisions... i mean, i would be able to live out of the troopy at that point right? who needs a house......

Who's doing the alucab conversions stateside? And, dibs on your RTT.

OK4wd is indeed the US vendor.

Have you priced a James Baroud tent or a Lance slide-in camper lately?

To be fair. If it was cheap i wouldnt let them touch my troopy. 10k about covers the conversion...

A nice rooftop tent is 4 grand sitting in a box. The AluCab is ~2 1/2 times the size of a rooftop tent so that sounds about right:)
