Hey guys, I have been importing Land Cruisers from a friend in Saudi Arabia. We have done a FZJ80, two FZJ75s, one FZJ70 and one FJ45 Troopy. He has a real nice Troopy for sale as well if anyone is interested. I have a space on a container coming to Houston soon. I am either going to fill the space with a FZJ75 or this Troopy. Check it out. If anyone if interested I will work with you and let you know how the import process and payment works. 100% trustworthy connection. I have an import bond and can get these in fairly easy.
Where to start? This is an FJ45 affixed to an FJ80 chassis. 2.5" OME coil spring lift. Doesn't leak. Stops like you threw an anchor out. Power steering and brakes. OME 2.5" lift. BECOOL aluminum radiator. Dakota digital gauges. 46GAL fuel cell. H55f 5SPD. 414HP 383 STROKER. Consistent 12.5 MPG. 6X 285/75R16 TOYO MTs on OEM FJ80 wheels. No radio but it does have a bluetooth soundbar. This build has been used for camping and general everyday errands, reliable. This build has 2674 miles on it and will go up as I continue to use it regularly. Has been a great truck and didn't anticipate selling this one but I'm finishing up an HZJ79 and purchased a 200 last year. Ask away if I can answer any questions. I'm not posting this here because I'm...
Late model Troopy! It has the Australian Trakka pop top. Asking $28,000 Looking for a quick sale as my son needs shoulder surgery and we are in between health insurance. Power steering power brakes split case 2F powered dual fuel propane/petrol Trakka pop top. I’ve driven this truck all over with no problems. Runs strong. It burns a little oil and the power steering gear weeps fluid out the input shaft. I just refill, drive and enjoy. I resealed every oil leak on the motor this spring. I replaced the entire cooling system a few years ago. Radiator to water pump. I have a build thread I’ll link that I’ve documented most of the stuff that I’ve done to it. interested party should just PM me contact info and we can chat on the...
I am selling my very nice MPR fiberglass hard top for an FJ43 or BJ43. The hard top is made out of 4 parts: two sides, one (sliding) door and the roof. Comes with brand new rubber seal for the roof. ´Sliding door´ means that the spare tire carrier is locked to the back door and slides open as soon as the door is opened due to a swivel-mechanism. Price: $ 1600 USD. Includes shipping to Texas. MPR used to be a Colombian Company that got big making fiberglass tops for Toyotas, Nissans and Mitsubishis. I think they stopped making them somewhere in the late 90´s. There are other brands that were also made in Colombia such as NPR, TPR and Fivres, but I think the MPR ones are the best designed tops. They come with air-intakes which can be...

Just some minor updates to the listing.... I am the third owner of this 'Sold New in Canada' BJ42. It has been restored over the past two years, I carried out the disassembly with help from our club members and then our expert restorers in the club shared in the restoration process. I have owned this truck since 2007. Hundreds of photos document the process and I have receipts for all labor and materials). This is a numbers matching with three original VIN tags that match the frame tag. Original 3B Diesel Engine and 4spd. Many new parts too numerous to list. Contact me for details. Selling my 1977 FJ45 that I’ve owned 15 years. Purchased in Alberta, Canada in 2008 while I was living there. Imported her when I was transferred back to Houston,TX in 2014. These are the things I’ve done since owning her: OME suspension, rebuilt alternator, brake job and tie rods. Was repainted prior to me purchasing her. Only 37,528 original miles and garaged kept. Asking price reduced by $10k to $55k. Thanks, David
thinking I’ll move forward with offering a project ‘77 FJ45/donor ‘82 BJ42 in southern BC. < 1hr from Oroville/Osoyoos border crossing. Both start, move, stop under their own power. No VIN @42 but clear trail/ clean BC Reggy in my name for 45. Quite a few bits as well. Not gunna separate…it’s the whole kit & caboodle. I’ll try and post a couple video links. Interested parties send message. Thank you. got a lot of other collected items that go with the lot.
I have a 1979 hj45 truck for sale it was imported from Australia with a clean NC title. it has a flat aluminum tray bed with fold down sides. Big aluminum front bumper. H engine with 4 speed transmission. Body was disassembled and painted cab didn't co.e off the frame. Frame and under side of the cab were rhino lined most all the window gaskets and door seals were replaced. It has been sitting due to the shop losing help. Just needs the lights rewired rims and tires and a little love to finish it
Government truck. In the right light you can see the gov emblem on the doors. Very very clean. Steering is tight. No weird sounds. Strong engine. Bed is in very good shape. Absolutely no rust. Most of the bed looks to be original paint. Fenders, hood and tailgate look to be painted.
Thinking about selling my Troopy. I imported this from AU ages ago. It's RHD with power steering. It started life as an HJ45 and I swapped in a turbo 3B. There's a build thread here. It's got an H55F and a Marlin Crawler Toybox. ARB air lockers front and rear. OME lift. I have tons of spare parts (a few 3B-style input shaft H55F transmissions, a spare 3B, just too much to list at the moment. ) I'll try to catalog it all if people are interested. I have barely used it the past few years and have some other projects in mind. Selling the Troopy will free up garage space and funds. $15k. If you're interested message me here and I'll be happy to share all the photos or videos that you want to see.
Hi- I have FJ45 fever and am desperately trying to find a truck. I have an LJ70 that I quite like, but my wife (perhaps correctly) argues that it is not justifiable to keep as we build our house. I need a pickup to haul building materials and I would prefer to trade my turn key LJ70, LHD, California registered truck. It's really a nice vehicle and I wish I could keep it. If I sell the LJ, chances are I will end up with something boring, which I can't deal with. Ideal spec for me would be a middle eastern FJ45 (LHD). I've had several JDM trucks and am open to RHD though, also. Engine condition is not a big consideration to me, as I plan to transplant it anyway. I would prefer to not do a lot of body work, but I am OK with...
I have a 1984 hj47 for sale $15k. The engine has been rebuilt and installed. Not running it needs a starter and some love been sitting due to the shop where it is at losing help. The 47 was imported from Australia with a clean NC title it has a 5 speed transmission in it. The body is rusted but I have most of the new body parts needed. The back is full of fenders quarter panels window gaskets the sliding window rebuild kits floor panels all kinds of stuff probably 10k in parts in the back wait to be installed.
Offers Considered: Tan 1978 FJ43 (78 based on bill of sale; VIN on frame and 2F motor). Would be sold with a Georgia bill of sale. This is both a running/driving truck and a project at the same time. This is also the perverbial lipstick on a pig FJ43 from Colombia and I will try to be as transparent as possible about it. The good: It looks pretty darn good as it sits; It runs and drives; clutch is good - no hopping etc.; I have driven about 100 miles in it - does not overheat; the interior was redone prior to import; the tub is a new 3/4 tub; engine and drivetrain appear to have been gone through prior to import - lots of shiny hardware showing. Basically it got a Colombian body off restoration (for better or worse). brakes work but...
