I have the following:
-H55f with 34mm idler shaft t-case unknown condition (top cover of the transmission was pulled and there are no broken teeth). No t-case linkage but I can supply the tranny shifter. $1500
-H55f with 38mm idler shaft t-case and cast iron bell-housing (pulled from a BJ60 that I drove onto and off a trailer). No t-case linkage but I can supply the tranny shifter. $1900
