Is this a plug and play ie pull the stock ashtray out and slid this one into the slot? The charging cable goes to the cigarette lighter? Thanks!

Sort of. You have to pull the trim area and there are 3 screws from behind that you have to unbolt the ashtray and then use them for the new mount. It takes about 10-20 mins. Hardest part is just getting the trim off (you gotta pull hard or use something to help pry from the side. But yes, it just plugs into a 12v cigarette usb charger (not included)
