Dare I ask....How much did that set you back?

it the axial scorpion 10, im going to pick up the 55 turn motor today and take out the 27t stock motor for better control and crawling.

I heard that! When my budget allows (read wife's permission)
I'm going to put in a Novak Goat esc and motor myself.
I just ordered a Bushwacker body for my "beater" use yesterday. ;)
I'm keeping it clear.
I also had to order a new Tamiya body. The &^%*($#%@ smoke
paint bleed into my base colors. The windows do look nice but
it has ruined my paint job. Grrrrrrr
I'm going to paint the lexan on the exterior to try and make the
original useful for scale dress up work. I'm hoping some gloss
overcoat will make it shiny in the end. (crossing fingers)
The new Tamiya body will have clear windows. ;)

I like the head and taillights, but the neon reminds me of when my boy wanted bass in his rc drifter:D Nice rig though,I've got an ax-10 thats been modded, hows it climb with the 40 body on it? My stock dodge body was way to big,and kept getting hung up on rocks.

crawls good with the body but you do get a lot of tire rub. just half to work with it.
the neon light are for under light purpose not for bling bling. lol

Cool video! I've built my CR-01 since the last post and your AX10
inspired me to build one with a Bushwacker body as well.
Didn't this start as a Bushwacker body? Looks like a CR-01 body on
an AX10 now.
Looks cool. I like the battery on axle placement. What other mods?
These are my R/C 40s. AX10 w/ Bushwacker, CR-01, Nikko Trailblazer
and a Zip Zap 1/64.
CR-01 is stock with locked axles.
AX10 has a esc w/ brakes and a 45 turn motor, bent links and locked axles.
6oz of lead in front axles and 8 oz in rears. CR-01 decals.
Trailblazer is 2 wd with open diff.
Zip Zap has several gearing options, locked axles and working head/tail lights.

Poser pics

I assume you mean the Nikko TrailBlazer 40.
It's a 2WD open diff poser I painted to match my 1/1 40.
It's in 1/10 scale. Digital proportional steering and throttle.
Runs on a 7.2 battery. I've had this thing for over 10 years or
so...I'd guess. Now it's the R/C I let kids play with so they leave my other
ones alone. ;)
I bought it at Toys -R-Us for about $200...WAY over priced even
back then.
You used to see them on e-bay for $50.

Radio Shack Zip Zap

If you meant the 1/64 from Radio Shack.
Here's the two Zip Zap Monster trucks I put die cast 40 bodies on.
One is painted like my 40 the other like my friends 40. Different frequencies
so they can be run at the same time. They do wheel stands and 360 spins while on the rear tires.

Those little Losi's fly! I bought the Baja Bug one. Crazy fun! Wish I'd bought the 4WD truck
like the one you have. :-( Congrats!

I like the mods you've done on that AX10. Bet it crawls like a goat.
