82 toyota truck carb problem

Howdy,
As my carb has been giving me problems I tried the carb cleaner and it got worse,,,, worse yet I pulled it off and a pin fell out so I thought where to put it back only to find out that was wrong:whoops:,
see the little brass pin (red circle) next to the dark hole.
so anybody know how to get the pin out or have a 82 carb top?
any help would be great thanks hope the picture works

Also Don and I did try compressed air, push a wire up to it through the vacuum tube no dice

Anyone have a 22r carb laying around? Maybe know someone that has one, or where he could source one? He is dead in the water without his truck running. He works for me and I'm just trying to help him out. His truck is sitting at my house and he needs to get back and forth to work. Maybe someone knows these carbs well enough to get his fixed. Kyle just moved to the area and things are tight for him right now. Some CSC love , could be valuable right now.
