LX remote success

I bought this remote eBay item 200983105129.

It programmed on the first try.

It is a single button that works as a lock toggle for momentary press and panic for continuous press.

I don't know if a PO did the grey wire mod but range is at least 50 feet and works from inside my house.

97 LX450 remote cover says FCCID = SRW-KRVAR001

For programming don't count three seconds just watch the sec led on dash. Once it is lit release green button and press remote button.

Longer range with the RS3000 is easy. Search for threads. Just requires extending the 'antenna' up the back of the driver's seat. I can easily open/close RELIABLY from 100+ feet (from any side of the vehicle) which can be handy with kids.
