Cracked Moonroof Glass

Washed and waxed the beast yesterday and pulled back the slide to the moonroof to clean the inside of the glass and noticed it's cracked! There's a small pit right at the very front on the outside and the crack has made it's way about half way back at this point.

Is the glass itself only replaceable or is the entire moonroof need replacing? Cost?

The glass is available by itself. You need part number 63201-60012. Not sure what the forum parts guys will quote you, but Toyota Parts Zone has it for $370.90.

That sucks. Had to replace mine a few month back. Used glass will work if the rubber gasket is still in good shape. Don't think a replacement gasket is available but an aftermarket solution is probably out there.

Thanks - we'll see if my road hazard ins. will cover it. Anyone have any luck with crack repairs as a stopgap method?

If you have comp w/ glass on your policy it should be covered. Mine cracked a few years ago... it will get worse very quick! Got mine replaced around $400.

No It's spidered off and 3x worse today than when I washed it yesterday. It was one single crack from the front toward the middle yesterday. Here's a pic.
