The a/c on my 1992 stopped blowing cold in July here in FL. It was tested for leaks and recharged with R12 last year. I haven't gotten into to diagnosing it further (yet), but in preparation of having to replace the compressor, should I stick with OEM or is there another brand that is recommended? Thanks in advance.

We sell Denso brand compressors, which is the OE supplier to Toyota. MUD price on a new compressor with clutch is $260.61 plus freight. The drier is $23.12, also a Denso. The compressor comes with oil in it for R134a, if you are going to stay with R12, it would just require a change of oil.

Let me know if you have more questions.
