Today as I was mixing my last batch of Al's Liner to complete my drawer/storage system, I tackled another project I've been wanting to do....spray my roof rails with Al's Liner to hide my bondo repair of the OEM roof rack holes. Earlier in the week I prepped for this by grinding down the nutserts and filling with bondo. Here are some pictures:

I am really happy with the results.

Awesome! Looks like a nice place to live too

Looks great! Can't wait to see your rig again after all the mods you've done.

LOVE IT! You are going nuts with the Al's!!!

No thanks to you :flipoff2:. Just trying to play catch-up with you and your mods!

Looks nice!

Thanks!

Did you use black primer this time? :flipoff2:

It's funny that you say that. With the finer texture compared to my drawers, I did get better coverage, but if you look close you can see a little paint, besides, not too many are gonna climb up there and notice :flipoff2:.

Awesome! Looks like a nice place to live too

Thanks, my own little piece of paradise out in the boonies.

Looks great! Can't wait to see your rig again after all the mods you've done.

Hope you are going to the Stone Brewery M&G. You can see it then. Are you coming? :meh:

Solid work. I really like this solution for the roof rack holes.

Al's might be getting a call from me soon.
