Wow thats... bulky...

If you remove the "cup holder" beside the drivers seat theres enough room to make a unit with at least 3 cup holders and a "bin" without sacrificing the arm rest. I put the drivers oe holder on the pass side of the shifter cover then built an L shaped deal that wraps around from the drivers side console to the back. It doesnt interfere w the e brake and the console is still easily accessible. The rear seat passengers now have 2 cup holders and a tiny bin available to them. I made the unit out of UHMW plastic but wood would work just as good.

I should have spent some more time on it to make it look a little better but it works great and doesnt interfere w the folding of the 2nd row at all. Wicked for road trips.

How many drinks can you have at one time? I have 3 spots to put a drink within reach of the drives seat, you Americans and your caffeine addiction. Then you just add a Disco cup holder for the passenger and you are good to go.

With all that wood, it kind of reminds me of something you would see in an early 90's conversion van. Now you just need to take that little cube in back and put a 7inch color tube tv in there to complete it, lol.

I used what I had and it only cost me the paint . velcro hold it in place
