Hey Guys,

Thanks to Dan i have a brand new supercharger sitting in my garage. Before i dive into the installation, i need some help.

As you all know, the 94s have a pair valve that needs to be moved in order for the blower to be mounted. Since i live in Cali, i cant just block off the tubes and toss the Pair Valve.

TRD does not make the relocation kit for the 93-94 anymore, but they were nice enough to send me the instructions for them. I can easily source most of the parts(the most important parts) except for the bracket, EGR tubes and the hard air tube.

Here are some pics from Georges site:

I think i can make the bracket with some 1/8" steel, a grinder and some patients.

Here is a pic of the hard line i was talking about. I am thinking of using a new one piece hose, either rubber or silicone. I dont think the hard line is necessary. I can use some 90 degree elbows if needed.

Heres the hard one, the EGR tubes.
My first idea(and easiest) was, once I have the valve mounted, i can cut the original tubes that came with the car, and patch them up with some high temp rubber hoses and clamps. I dont dont think the pipes up high by the valve get to hot, because my stock ones looks fine. You guy think this will work ?

Another idea is to have a proffesional exhaust shop fab my old lines like the trd ones. Most of the shops that I know off do not have thin tubing, so i was thinking of getting some 304 stainless steel tubing from Mcmaster.

What do you guys think ?

Once i get this worked out, I can move forward with the install.

What is the OD of the tube? Have you considered getting the appropriate Swagelok fittings, a chunk of tubing to match the size of the factory tube and a handheld bender then just doing it yourself?

The first thing to check is the OD of the tube in one of the straight portions. Can you get Swagelok fittings to match it?

Never heard them, but looks like they have everything i would need, SS tubing, bender and fittings. Once I measure the OD, I can contact them.

Thanks for the link.
