Hey everyone - here´s an update on the motor situation. I purchased the 13B-T that I mentioned about 2 months ago, and now it is sitting up here in Cochabamba after a truck ride from Santa Cruz. Here are links to the photos of it, plus 2 videos.
If anyone has any guesses about what tranny that is hooked up (hint, Aussies and Coaster bus owners
might have the best idea) I would love some additional info. It is, as you will see, heavily reinforced, and appears* to be larger than a H55.
You'll also notice that I have a funcioning PTO that is currently rear-facing. I'm going to see if I can flip it, and then hook up a PTO. But those are games for the future. The current goal is to get the PIG in DD condition (fix brake and fuel lines, seat belts, etc.)
*Appears, because I've only seen an H55 on mud so I'm going by proportion to the bell housing, etc.
