Real Time Help OME Shackle Pins (1 Viewer)

HI Guys:

I am trying to replace my rear OME spring packs and cant seem to get the shackle pins free. I have the frame on jack stands and a floor jack under the pumpkin. I have the u-bolts off too.

I took both nuts off the in-side of the pin and the one off the outside. The grease zerk is still on but I cant seem to figure out which way the pin slides out.

Can anyone help??

iirc that flange is screwed onto the pin, the nut on the outside is just a lock nut of sorts... so itd slide out toward the outside of the truck... does that help?

The plate comes off with the pin.

Got it guys, the outside plates come off with the pins.. I did not have the "sweet spot" to get pressure off the pins.
