Mini truck caliper bolt (1 Viewer)

Getting ready to assemble the front end... Thought I'd ask here first since many have mini knuckles.

One of the knuckles I picked up has a cross threaded caliper bolt hole. Anyone one know the tap size needed to remedy?

What is the size, thread count and pitch?

14mm diameter x 1.25....same as some small engine spark plugs....iirc.


I also know of people that have ran a 1/2" fine thread tap through the knuckle where the caliper mounts and now use a 1/2" NF bolt to secure the caliper...

I'm new to heli coils so any help would be appreciated.
I need to repair a cross threaded caliper bolt issue.
I ordered new bolts from Toyota and now I need the heli coil.
Does 14mm at 1.25 mean the same as M14?
Does anyone know what model and or parts I need from heli coil?
What length insert?
