posted this in a response on another post but thought it would be better as its own subject. may have been covered before but i'm too lazy to search. there are some plugs in the space under the hood passenger side used for ahc on other models with a nice plug with 2 thick wires already wired to the fuse panel. if you dont have ahc this is a good place to mount a compressor or use the power wire to run back to your trailer wiring eliminating the feedback problem in the factory tow harness. if you run a jumper as in the pic (use a thicker wire this is just to show) you will then have a 50amp circuit on the white/black(ground)wire and blue/black(12v constant)wire. the 50amp fuse should already be there under the smaller fuse cover to the right.
