CMCC club meeting/minutes

Yes in our drunken stuber we seem was able to hold a meeting. Some basics was discussed such as maybe down the line we could hold our own event as Landwagon brought up. Of course we all know our first few would not hold a candle like CMCC's event but nevertheless fun

Another issue I brought up was safety issues on all rigs on the trail would need (require) a
fire extinguisher
Insurance

a first aid kit
Strap

High Lift

Another question was ask "should we put limits on how stock a rig could be?" That was quickly shot down at THIS POINT due to the lack of members and future possible members. We already seem to have enough folks that can run stockers on the trail and more modified rigs. Some of the Ohio bunch wheel be wheeling with us which will increase group activity and Landwagon has spoken with FJ Cruiser guys so that is also a plus.

I was talking with Matt and him I agreed it was almost time to get a club savings account rather than using primarly Paypal because we are paying at the ass in fees. I meationed when we get to a certain $ amount I will

and we are almost there. I was thinking just keep the paypal account for merchandise and such. As of now Matt also has the abilty to check in on the Paypal account and after I get the savings if anybody(the officers only) want a monthly statement feel free to ask

.

Last but not least many of our members seem to live in northern WV and I would like to arrange more wheelings events in the nothern part to include everybody. Steve(Lurch) has said he has some nice but very easy going trails in the Fairmont area(which him and I are doing next month to dial in our junk). Anybody is welcome to come along. We seem to have intrest in Swiss again later this fall......which is freaking sweet but with primitive free camping like RC.

Swiss is a central location in WV that would allow the northern ,southern and the Ohio guys.

If I left out ANYTHING or anybody has any concerns feel free to post up

I guess right now its not so much a big of a deal as you keep a record of how much is in there and where it came from.

I think it would be a great idea to get together with another club to wheel or even have an event.

yea.....even the little bit of money I have in there I have not even spent.

Our freind Steve just informed me he was doing a write-up on some basis trail requirements.

hey i know steve did all the blacks he could find at fall crawl so remember the requirements need to match the trail rating. ha, enjoyed meeting you.

oh hell we was fine........I think the only requirements we really need with our diverse little group is safety requirements...........and I think that took care of itself already. At one time it was looking like some young pups was going to join. If Steve wants to write something up I can insert it in the club paperwork and make it a sticky on the clubhouse.
