Lincoln Heli-arc TIG

Does anyone know much about this welding rig? Google isnt turning up many results. Most are of the item for sale.

Lincoln made several types of TIG welders, but HeliArc is not one of them. HeliArc was a registered trademark of Linde, which is now ESAB.

From oldest to newest, Lincoln TIG machines include IdealArc, "Squarewave", Precision TIG and Invertec. The first two are large transformer type machines while the newest models are inverters.

Pretty hard to imagine any "brand new" TIG machine for $250, even without any accessories.
