Broken Nylon Part Epoxy or JB Weld

I broke the rear wheel of my Supra RC and need to glue it as there are no parts for a model car.
What works best for gluing nylon to plastic and nylon to nylon?

What other type of adhesives would work to mount the plastic wheel to the nylon axle?

I've gotten great advice from my local hobby store on stuff like that. They'll probably recommend CA glue- the hobby industry is held together with it.
