Advice/What to do with a arsewhole neighbor, toyota red antifreeze, and a snowblower?

This is kind of like home improvement, tech, and chat wrapped into one. Similar to this snowblower thread: http://forum.ih8mud.com/workshops-to...ml#post2989277

I got a neighbor that once asked me to move my woodpile because the view out his window wasn't pleasant. I gave it some thought and moved the woodpile that weekend. The next weekend, I had an Amish fence party with several other neighbors and we built a 7.5 foot privacy fence. My woodpile commenting neighbor called it the hate fence.

So....I have since been dreaming of ways to torment him. Here is my best idea. Can you improve upon it?

I am thinking of creating bloody slushball that I can place in his driveway one night during a snowstorm. I figure the effect of hitting the ball with the snowblower will be like running body parts through a wood chipper (not that I have seen that done...well maybe in the movie Fargo). I think a 5 lb chicken roaster, with livers, a bag of feathers from the fly fishing shop, and a half quart of toyota red antifreeze in a thin plastic bag will do the trick. I will also add my cat's collar, name tag, etc.

I am worried that the plastic bag will destroy the effect. i am not worried about being caught.

Thoughts?

I don't know if you are serious or not, hopefully not. Choose your battles wisely.

FYI, antifreeze is highly toxic and very attractive to animals. It has a sweet smell that dogs are attracted to. A small amount ingested by someone's pet could cause a traumatic death.

DUde I like your train of thought but I see one flaw.
That chicken will be hard as a rock in the snow.
It would destroy the blower or kill someone.

You could wrap it with a tight string and put the antifreeze into a red ballon. That would do away with the bag. Red food coloring would do a away with the antifreeze.
Carry On.

Like they say: "Good fences makes good neighbours". He'll get over the fence thing and might even like it, but you should probably leave where it's at.

does he have a dog? if you just chuck some oxo cubes (they use them to make instant gravy....or soup broth, i cant remember which) onto your neighbors front lawn, when it rains the smell will go into the ground and the dogs will try to dig up that tasty treat they smell....this would work best in summer of course though....how long can you hold a grudge?

OXO cubes....that is hilarious and way less involved. I love it.

I am playing around more than anything.....I can't imagine actually going through with it. They drive me nuts, but I laugh more than whine. The fence really helped keep down the annoying comments and frequent visits from them.

As for poisoning their pets...that is a good point...and clearly collateral and unnecessary damage. Course there is food grade antifreeze...and I could dye it.

lol... 7.5 foot fence is insane... Another good neighbor deterrent is holly bushes.

3 or 4 feet of heavy wire or any old electical wire wraps around everything and stops the blower plus takes a long time to clean out and is hard to see .doesnt really hurt anything its just time consuming to remove .good luck

I'd just pull your 40 out of the garage and leave it.

If he thought the wood pile was an eyesore....

I had a friend with a few hundred acres get constant crap from a neighbor of his about his dirt biking once a month on his own property between 10am and 2PM. This guy owns a vintage hodaka bike shop in RI, and vactions to his fathers house on this property in southern VT maybe once a month to ride. The neighbor, a transplanted Boston lawyer, eventually got on the town board and was trying to ban any non registered motorized activity even on private lands (think ATV's, tractors, etc) Local farmers put a quick end to that. He has continued to harass him, even though he lives close to a mile away, and has called the state cops, sheriff, etc on him several times. He came up his driveway once to scream at the guy. His driveway is about 3/4 mile long up a very private mountain.

Last I knew my friend had set up a skeet range at the border of his property looking back, and would drive his mufflerless mid 1950's bulldozer there, and let it run the whole time they were shooting at high idle.

Awesome stuff.....

I had a nieghbor that was evil. I found out she made a person who was completely fixing up a falling down house along our street rearrange the path of the driveway so lights of cars wouldn't shine on her house....Sounds reasonable? It wasn't, this was somewhat dense suburbia and the bottom line was that the guy renovating the house was helping everyone along the street by doing so. This neighbor bitch of mine (makes me angry just thinking about it and it was years ago....) thought she was better than everyone la-di-da.

Everythiong she did or was ionvolved with was just mean evil, bitch like.

One night I decided to tune some of my small engines chainsaws, mowers, snow blower etc...It was dark so I set up a dual head 500 watt quartz light and three vehicles worth of highbeams so that I could safely perform my little tuning effort.....Little did I know the background just happened to be her house/picture window.....It was actually pretty hilarious and I was amused by how loud an old cantankerous snow blower was with a big hole in the muffler....

coincidentally about a year or so later we saw her boyfriend and her loading a truck and trailer in her driveway...
- our side entrance faced their driveway where they we walking back and forth doing their loading. I said "are you moving?" She snarled "yes" I immediately went in and my wife and I came out and sat on the steps of our side entrance and when they came out with a load we popped a bottle of champagne and sang the na na nana na na nana goodbye song as they toiled moving their crap.

It was a great day.

PS I think red food coloring would be cheaper/better/less toxic than antifreeze.

Well Dang, my neighbors won't let me mow thier brush for fire abatement. They like the natural look.

I just line up 6 or so landcruisers so they can see them 24/7. I told them it is the natural look.

a couple nasties for lawns that I of course never have nor would I ever condone or recommend are:

Take some grass killer and mix it up to the proper or a weak formula. Freeze it into ice cubes. The ice cubes can easily be thrown onto lawns from a distance. If done at night and the weather right the cubes will be melted in the morinng. In a few days brown spots will appear in the lawn.

Another is purchase oats or wild rice for growing crops. A handful or so can be thrown on the lawn. If the lawn in question is watered frequently the seeds will germinate and the plants will grow tall and are both fairly fast growers.
