I've tried a bunch of different brands, and I'm most impressed with Elastek. It seems to go on easy and hold up well. I was after a colored coating that the big box stores said would be impossible to get, but the Elastek guys mixed it up-no problem. It helps that they have a production facility here in Tucson.
Good luck! |

What type of roof are you covering? For old metal roofs, Acramax (sp) works well.

Elastek
I've only used the Extreme, but I'm happy with it!

I can't really help you with Elastek. On the house we sold this past October, I but on that Henry stuff from Home Despot. I was not really impressed.

several companies make elastomaric coatings. The key is when applying, if just a few pinholes are there, water can get in, and make the system fail. But I am sure you get ALOT of rain in arizona.
