Cruiserdan
Just got off the horn with cruiserdan.
If anyone needs pricing for stuff, you may wanna check with him first.
He beat the hell outta everyone on certain things.
Today my father-in law and myself got my 40 down to a windshield , tub motor and 4 tires. It is going alot faster than I anticipated.
If i ever get a digital camera, I'll post up.

Dan is so scary, he actually pre-sends me stuff, anticipating my needed repairs....
I've got a package arriving tomorrow (with luck) - brake time this weekend on the 80

Dan is great. I have had good luck lith Lancaster Toyota here in Madison as well. They give me all of my parts at a 20% (or was it 25%) discount. Basically wholesalers pricing. I have always been happy with them.

I usually just call them up and when I place my order i remind them of the discount. They are all cool about it. I don't think I speak to just one person. Their # is Parts: (608) 243-5532.

Smart Motors in Madison is cool, too: They're pretty cool about the discount, I get all my Toy and Volvo parts from them.

I wasn't too impressed with them. I had given them the chance to earn my business first, and they blew it. I wasn't happy with their service or their parts dept.
I had also asked if they could offer any kind of TLCA discount on LC parts and they wouldn't. That's when I went to Lancaster with the same parts quote and they beat smart by 20+%
Maybe they have changed up their managment or something and are better to deal with now.

I've been buying Volvo parts there for years, and am on a first name basis with the people in the parts department. I also know the sales manager (for the Volvo side) so maybe it's that which gets me the discount... For me, on most parts for Volvo it's cheaper to get them from Smart than it is to get them on the internet and pay shipping... The one thing I complain about is the fact that the parts for the older Volvos I have and the Land Cruiser aren't stocked. Of course I understand why, since they don't sell that many of them.
I've never been to Lancaster in Madison. Where is it? East side?
