Does anyone have any leads on some reputable resto shops in S. WI?

Are we looking for truly reputable as in established and pricey but good? Or are we looking for a guy who does nice work at a very reasonable price but worked out of the back of his Dads car wash last time I talked to him? This guy has had some tough times but I have seen him do some pretty extensive resto's. He's on the far north side of Milwaukee.
