Lakewood/McCaslin Mountain....ready to hit the trails at 10a (ie: already unloaded and rigs warm)

"may" spend the nite up there on Friday, haven't thot that far ahead yet....I'm planning on takin the 40 up right now, but since I'm wheelin TX the weekend before, we gotta see what breaks first...

If there is going to be a red fj40 on the trailer.......I might have to join! I will bring the jumper cables and join the fun! I will crash at the cabin though cause my camping stuff is all in the rv.
I'd be up for the day if it is cool with my boss.

weather is callin for 34 degrees in Appleton, and 31 in Lakewood....should be PERFECT winter wheelin weather!!

Thank God it's going to be a little warmer. Anything is better than this 10 degree crud.

The wife isn't going to make it, she forgot and set up a hair appointment so I'm dragging up my brother in law.

Woody, if you can drop my turd off at the cabin, I'd owe you big. If it becomes a headache, pm me the address where it is and I'll get up there and find it some time in the near future.

If you need anything we may have at the cabin or pole barn, call my cell and I'll get you in. Someone may be up there this weekend, otherwise the caretaker should be around.

Bill Karrow is bringing his TJ up from Il to wheel with us. He will be arriving at his cabin on Wheeler Lake tonight and meeting me at Flynn's BP at 9am in Lakewood. He has a locked Tj on 37's with a winch, armor and such. Go ahead and bring the 40 I don't imagine there is any place you can stick it that you can't get yourself out with some help from us. My winch works, Bills is brand new.

Put your carharts on and go for it.

getting stuck isn't a concern.....freezing my $@#% off is...and Bridgette is coming too....she may be stealing some hot seats a few times...lol

either way, I'm takin the DMax out this morning to pickup the gooseneck....haven't touched it since we went to that meeting in Dec...lol

Tell your babe she can use my 40. Just remember to turn on the small switch to the left of the wheel on the dash for the cooling fan. Tell her to have fun and beat it good. At least it will get some trail time.....

I am serious. She can use it for sure. And so can you by the way!!!!

It's 20 or so here. Cold as hell.
