There is one on the Pirate 4x4 board for $300.00. It does not come with solenoids.

I have a Pierce control box that will work with that 8274 on Pirate. The guy is in California and not sure he wants to ship.

If interested one of my club member is selling his original Toyota Land Cruiser Power take off winch with the transfer case take off box, drive shaft, and shift linkage. He is asking $800.

you are correct...electric.

you can e-mail Warn and they will e-mail you an exploded view and general info on this set up.
it's a pretty cool, old school winch.
i got mine when fjben rolled his 55
