Class 3 hitch for 88 FJ62 - NJ

I'm looking for a Class 3 hitch (receiver) for a 1988 FJ62. I'd like it to be the Drawtite/Uhaul style where the receiver tube is in the same plane as the torque (cross) tube, for better clearance. Of course, I'm looking for inexpensive, and as close to southern NJ as possible!

Finish is not important, but structual integrity is!
