Sounds as if some people are planning on going per the "It was a blast" thread. I am planning on making it and pretty sure I have convinced a co-worker with a SE FJC blk/blk to go as well, he's never been wheeling before . I will talk to the rest of the group as well. Hope to see/meet a bunch of you! Aaron

ok dokey
So here is were im at i had to order a new part for my fj40,, speedo gear so i tore te cruiser apart and am waiting for new gear i ordered it from a vendor off of ih8mud last monday they were supposed to ship it last tuesday , it was supposed to be here friday no problem i was going to put it in today , well the drone at the Toyota dealer in texas said that when they went to the wharehouse to get the part it wasnt there sombody else bought it yeh right like two people order a speedo gear on the same day for a 76 fj40 so after no phone calls to me i had to call them on friday when part wasnt here , it was shipped thursday so it is supposed to be here on the 23 or 24 th so that gives me a few days to put it in before the snow run, ill keep you posted as to what happens as far as i have planned im still going to go , Brian if your cruiser is not up and running you want to ride with me.

No extra gas needed. Just fill up before heading up the hill (in Enumclaw) and you should be ok all day. We won't actually cover that much distance.

Hey Robb, my shoulder is healed up enough that I can make this run. The 40 is still down so it'll be the stock but locked 80. I was screwing around solo @ Elbe earlier this week. Couldn't really play a lot w/ no backup.

Have fun on the run this weekend, I do have duty so I willnot be there.
I ran up to Rainer last Sunday, I believe FS Road 62 just outside the park. It was fun but like Beav said it just wasn't the same doing it solo.

I met up with Hicruise and a few of his friends. We had 1 FJ60 and 3 FJ55s. We tried the 72 road but it was closed so went down to the 75 road. Made it about 2 miles up but the road was just ice and there wasn't enough new snow to drive on yet. spent almost as much time getting out of the ditch as driving up the road. We called the day short. It was cool to meet up with some new cruiser heads.

No worries, I'm sure we will be heading up again before it all melts. Hopefully with more new snow this time.
