About future club runs, (or just stuff to do) I have a couple suggestions.
July 11-15 is the 18th PNW4WDA Jamboree. If you don't know it's over near Naches. There are lots of runs of varying difficulty, from mall terrain to hard core. It's a great place to see what it's all about and meet people. The runs are all hosted so there will be help if needed. I really enjoyed going to it years ago and still have friends I met there. It will fill up, so register as early as possible if interested.

July 28th is the McGrew Trail run hosted by Pacific Mountain Cruisers. I have wanted to go since they started a couple years back, seems I have something on that date every year. It is limited to 30 rigs I think, so probably will fill up quick. Check out this post:

September 2007, Cascade Cruisers hosts a run in the Tillamook forest. This has been going on for some time and it's good. About an hour from Portland. I don't see the '07 event on their website but it is on the TLCA event calendar. Here is the club site:
