Washington state cruisers

ok guys please post your name in the thread titled "who we are" please tell us where your from in the state, what kinda cruiser you have along with pic if you want. This might help some people here in the state meet up for trail runs/gatherings also might help for selling stuff locally that you dont wanna ship.

please let me know if you have any ideas or questions.

mike

Cool...always nice to know Cruiserheads in close proximity. Coastal Cruisers is just north of the border, a few minutes drive for some of you. Drop by if you're in our neck of the woods for chit chat and beer. Maybe some joint runs in the future? Cheers.

I'm heading down to fish Eastern Washington at the end of this month for a few days...so if you see a lifted and snorkelled BJ74 with an Asian guy driving on the wrong side of the vehicle, please say "hi".

you know a joint cruiser run or meet might be a great idea. not sure it will happen super soon but its deffinatly something to keep in mind. im going to print out some I8MUD flyers and post them in some peoples cruiser as i see alot in this town alone would be great to at least do a cruiser meet maybe once a month like the copper stae guys do.

Nothing like 20 cruiser heads at a drive in just haging out in the parking lot BSing could be fun

Another Tom here. Live in Issaquah. I bought an imported 1987 HJ60 and it's been getting a frame off up at Radd Cruisers on Vancouver Island. I hope to be getting her back in a month or two.

Here she is so far.

Hi All,
Names Kevin, I have a stock '95 80. I'm hoping to slowly build it up over the next few years. I have poked around a few places, but I need to lose the running boards before I do anything too crazy. I travel to Wenatchee a lot (in-laws) and really would like to explore over there some more.

G'day all,

Just purchased a 1994 FZJ80. Pictures at http://www.jfs3.com/static.php?page=...es/FZJ80/index It's stock with factory lockers. Will eventually be an expedition vehicle as time and money allow. In the mean time, it's my daily driver. Not exactly new to Cruisers as I drove a FJ62 through high school, with the other family car being a Prado and later, after I moved on, an LX470. After many years away it is good to be returning to my "roots."

Cheers,
JFS III

Hi All:

I live in Seattle and have owned a FJ40 since 1997.

My rig is modified, but not too hardcore.

Here are some pics from 'wheeling in the Naches area:

Hey,
My name is Les, I currently live in Renton, but my FJ lives at my parents place in Tenino.

I have a 1968 FJ40, which I have named "Rusty"

-Stock 6 cylinder
-Stock 3 speed tranny and t-case
-Stock course spline axles (which are going to be replaced with fine spline axles with discs as soon as I find a cheap mini truck axle to swipe the brakes from)
-36x12.50 TSL's

Here is what she looked like when I got her a month and a half ago (not much too look at):

Here are some pics from last weekend out at Tahuya, took her out for her first run:
