1994 Landcruiser LOCKERS lifted CLEAN low mile HID PA/MD
SOLD
First off, I have to say that this is truely a great truck and it is NOT a junk that is being pushed around. I got the truck this spring in stock form. PO was pretty upto date with maintenance, and he got Head gasket replacement and major tune up done. I am a mechanic(lexus master) and I spent a lot of $$$ and energy to achieve the good look and nice ride. Sure, it is not as monsterous as some, but it rides comfortablely and you won't see $3000 fender damage on my truck. It was used for DD, camping and fishing.. never driven on real off road.. This truck deserves new owner who would appriciate its true potential..
$8200
1994 Toyota Landcruiser
129K miles
Head gasket done
Factory front and rear diff locks(slow at times.. need to be used more often)
Front birfs/wheel bearings are repacked in this May
All, I mean every fluid running in this truck has been flushed/changed( coolant, trans, p/s, brakes, all 3 diffs .... )
A/C serviced and it's too cold
OME medium front and rear springs 851/860
OME shocks N73/N71e
OME caster correction bushings
General grabber A/T2 285/75/16 * 5 90%+ left
CDL switch
Arb Bullbar
True HID headlights( RX350 projctors ) + new harness
KC offroad lights
Yakima A1+Loadworrior+Extension
LED interior lights + extra dome light in hatch area
OEM 100series front Pads( Occasional squeak )
some odd exhaust rattle... in blue moon
3rd row seat - virtually new
Tow hitch
Kenwood headunit mp3cd sirius ready
Subwoffer buzzing - removed for now and working on replacement - it sounds pretty good as it is.
2 keys 2 remotes
OEM new Battery
All windows work(slow when cold)
Antenna works
All controls and buttons in dash light up and work
All in all, it has been a great truck to take 500+ mile trips and I had great time owning it.
exterior - overall looks good, has quarter size paint bubble on edge of the hood, crack on a flare, and a small dent in rear bumper
interior - some dry spots but no rip/crack open.
driving - other than a few noise from brakes and exhaust, it rides very well for a lifted truck. Right now, 100 series pads are too fat to accept shims.
It starts and runs.. everytime.
I didn't prepare well for this sale and i am missing some pictures.
I am uploading what i have now, and will add more when i get a chance.
This truck is located at blue bell PA near philadelphia and I can bring it down to silver spring MD on selected days.
$8200

Nice Ccruise!
if it was even close to Arizona, it would be sold today!! cash sentagos!
You know it's cold in PA, you should take a road trip to AZ! I'ts bitterly cold here today, should only get up to 87 for a high!
I've been on the hunt for just such a Cruiser. I wonder what a one way ticket for you back to PA would cost me?

i have a lot more pictures and will send them as a zip file. I don't want to blow up this thread with 100 pictures. leave me an email address.
here is the vin plate. The autocheck is clean but the only thing the PO mentioned was a deer hit which led to an ARB bumper. (smart guy ).

(A lot of similar questions are being asked, so I'm posting an email I sent to someone. Hope this helps).
There is no rust on the body. The undercarriage has surface rust, but nothing that has rusted into the frame of the car. This is my second LC. While I was shopping around, I looked at about 5 LC's before coming across this one. This was by far the best condition LC I found.
Driving-wise, I took this car out on many weekend trips, which were about 600 miles of driving, and had no problems. I tried to keep this car in great shape and maintained it throughout. However, you have to understand that it is an older car and things happen that cant be predicted. I cannot guarentee anything, but from both my personal and professional opinion, it is in very good condition. I try to be realistic because I've been in a buyer's shoes before so I will try to answer as much as possible.
On the brake noise issue due to the new OEM 100 series pads, there are 2 options
one, I could leave it for better brake performance, and when the pads wear in a little bit, the new owner could fit in shim kits.
two, I could install new OEM 80 series pads and shims.
let me know if there is any other question

Wow! That is really a beauiful rig. Are you sure you want to sell? Maybe you just haven't had it long enough to be attached. I wouldn't sell my stock, unlocked 93 for $8200. I'd say that is a real fair price for a low mileage, great looking rig. Good luck with the sale.

Thank you for the positive comments.
Check this out. It's my 1st time using youtube..
Both movies are taken driving the same street.
Before (OEM Headlights) YouTube - 94 Landcruiser FZJ80 OEM VS Retrofit HID Headlights 1/2
After (Retrofit HID Headlights) YouTube - 94 Landcruiser FZJ80 OEM VS Retrofit HID Headlights 2/2
(Sorry about the radio )
Try play them side by side. Both are slightly darker than it should be, but you get the idea. Also, cut off line looks a lot sharper and straight in person.
Quite a few people asked me about the engine compression readings so I conducted the test after work today.
I never thought of doing it cuz the engine was running so good, but hey, it doesn't hurt to know your compression reading...
180-180-180-180-180-180 ( +-2)
All six readings are pretty high and almost identical to each other which indicates that the motor is healthy and free of major defect.
While I was there, I installed a set of new spark plugs.
I hope this ease some of the doubtful minds
Eric
