**SOLD** For Sale Reduced Diesel BJ60, Bend Oregon $3,000 OBO
SOLD I am selling my Blue/Brown 1982 BJ60 stock LandCruiser.
Imported legally from Canada (what an ordeal) licensed legally in Oregon.
I am selling it because I have another BJ60 I did a swap on a couple years ago and decided I don't need two. I need $ to finish my other project. Ole Blue has just been sitting at the ranch for the last two years and goes for short trips every month or so to keep lubed up.
3B engine runs excellent. 4-speed transmission, no AC or power steering. Gets ~25 MPG. Had great compression last time I checked about 500 miles ago. No funny noises. Could probably use a injector rebuild. Burns no oil. Good local diesel mechanics availablevif you want to have them check it out.
This rig would be great for a engine swap. Old Blue has a rust issue and I can't say any of the body parts or frame are really useable. (see pics)
Could be driven as is if you wanted.
Transmission, transfer case and running gear are all in good working order. I would not hesitate to drive this thing cross country.
Has new glow plugs, injector pump diaphragm, primer pump and manual glow plug system.
$3,000 OBO. Located in Central Oregon, Bend.
Sorry not interested in trades
I'm not able to check Mud often so e-mail me at the below address or call for the quickest response.
For some reason I can only post 3 pictures, I have a lot more let me know and I will e-mail some.
Email or call with questions please leave message if no answer.

Thanks.

Thanks Bob. Had a few tire kickers and low offers. We'll see what happens. Maybe we'll see ya around town, should I be looking for a blue 60 w/ a diesel? Right now I'm driving my stock white 60 w/ a 3b. I'm trying to sell the blue one to buy parts (lift, bull bar, etc) for the daily driver.

No power steering? I was under the assumption (incorrectly I guess) that all 60 series had PS.

Yep, the only power steering in this thing comes straight from the driver. Get your exercise while driving and no expensive gym membership required.

Mark, I think that is true of all FJ60's sold in the US. that's not the first BJ I've seen listed with manual steering.

I removed my power steering for the exercise. 60's don't need it.

I agree and yes all the 4-wheel drive components work fine.
Thanks.
