09 Fj buggy
This buggy was complete Feb. 09 and has been on around 10 trips. Over $20,000 in parts on this one. Tons of receipts. A lot of details in this buggy that cannot be seen very well in pics… This buggy is one of the most comfortable buggys I have been in . plenty of leg room and everything is accessable. Buggy weighs 3520lbs wheelbase is 113”

Chassis is built from 1.5” 120 wall dom and has extra triangulation where needed.
full powder coated chassis and running tweaked fj metal front clip.
Belly pan is covered in removable ½” HDPE plastic

2006 5.3 with a little over 60,000 miles Ls1 intake and injectors, brand new ls1 oil pan with trap door baffles in the windage tray. Full harness and computer burn from Jims performance. 2.5” exhaust Runs to flowmaster race muffler All gauges are Autometer Cobalts…

Completely rebuilt th350 with warranty rated for 500 hp by the builder Jackson transmission. 4 months of riding on it. Art Carr shifter. Has B&M fanned cooler. It is hooked to 203 low range unit, hooked to Fj 60 all gear transfer case,wth an advance adaptor kit

Axles are front and rear steering Fj 60 housings with an fj 80 third in the back and 60 in the front. Both geared 411. They are welded using 30 spline longfield kit front and back. Chromoly drive flanges front and rear with extra sheer pins installed. 3/8 protection diff protection. All new brake parts were installed during build. calipers, rotors, pads, etc
Brake lines are poly plastic from the dirt track world.. easily replacable and fixable in the field.. Brake assembly is New CNC dual resorvoir . and the throttle is Lokar.

Steering Full hydraulic kit brand new rams, orbital,lines, fittings and rear steer valves. Most form psc motorsports. Removable steering wheel and Steering arms front and rear are 4x4 labs over the third, 6 stud arms for strength. All tie rods are 1.5” .25 wall dom and use chromoly heims on
each.

Shocks are new Fox 2.0’s with fox 2.0 bumps in the front. Poly performance limiting quad limiting straps all around.
Suspension links are jhonny joints and dom material.

Has new warn 6000lb short drum winch with poly rope
Rear has warn 2500 lb winch with ply rope

Tires are 42” iroks on 17” trail gear aluminum creeper beadlocks. Both new at construction.

Seats are Corbeau ss with 5 point harnesses

Light bar is easily removable in less than 30 seconds.

Has marine amp. Hooked to 4” speakers in the floorboard and Wake board speakers behind head rest. Perfect for ipod/mp3 player

Rock lights are the dancing led pods. many other goodies on this one...

I saw that build on Hardline. Super cool buggy, sounds awesome. 30k for that is a steal.
