FS: 1998 Volvo V70 Wagon...help support my cruiser habit

For sale, 1998 Volvo V70 Wagon….
A great, safe, economical commuter car, family rig, or first time driver car.

Help me support our Cruiser habit. Wife is leaning towards a 40 (also might consider 80 or 55's) but this has to go first...orders from the CFO.

139,000 miles (mid-life for a Volvo)
All leather interior (excellent shape...a few cracks))
AM/FM Cassette
Six disc CD changer (needs new magazine)
Cruise control
Power steering
AC (needs re-charge or comp)
ABS/Power brakes
SRS dual airbags
SIPS Side Impact airbags
Rear window defrost
Just inspected and tuned up. (new mass airflow sensor and front & rear O2 sensors)
Newer battery (about 2 months old)
Clock & outside Temp reading (both accurate)
A few nicks and dings that don't show in the picture, but nothing unusual for the mileage.
Oil changed every 3 - 4,000 miles

The bike pictured is a custom 64 cm cross bike built for since I'm too tall to buy off the rack. I just used it to show that with the seats folded down, there is lots of room for cargo. And I can still drive comfortably (at 6' 6" tall) with the seat all the way back leaving room for cargo or passengers.

Mud price. $2,300. I would ask about $3,000 - $3,300 but since the AC needs attention...

Pull those seats and stick them in your cruiser

Believe you me, the thought did cross my mind.....which was quickly slapped back out of my head by the CFO.

She's more interested in a 40 but it doesn't hurt to ask (I'm the 60 guy in this family). Got any pictures?

Have a teen getting ready to drive soon? Nothing safer and more reliable than a Volvo (Well, some would argue a 60 is safer....touche).

A reliable rig that's been well cared for.....help the habit.

Hey Jon,

Unfortunately your sister wasn't able to make it out to check out the wagon.

Still looking for a new owner for a nice car.
