| Jayco Popup Trailer - Colorado Springs, CO -sold Sold.

Big Popup with lots of room when open. Tows easily with my 100 (2800 lbs GTWR). Inspected and greased bearings w/ new grease seals at the start of summer. New brake pads and new Napa Stowaway RV battery at the same time. - Electric water pump (Shurflow)
- inside shower
- Thetford Cassette toilet
- 6 gallon water heater
- 16,000 BTU/hr Furnace (This is really the best thing about a trailer and can keep you toasty warm at night)
- large exterior forward storage compartment
- inside/outside 3 burner propane stove
- interior lights and fan
- Tinted windows
- Goodyear Marathon tires including spare
- 2 propane tanks
- Hydraulic surge brakes that do not require an electronic brake controller so no additional wiring needed
- Dexter TORFLEX Axle
- awning
I'll be happy to demonstrate how to pop it up and operate everything. Call me at (719) 685-6736.

| What size are the beds? My 98 Jayco 10' has a queen in the back and a king up front. Do you have any pictures of the shower and cassette terlet set up? Might be time for an upgrade. I have been figuring how to do an outdoor shower with a surround. Also, what is ceiling height in yours? (rough ok, I'm 6'2" and don't like hunching over. What is in the front compartment, I don't have one of those either. Storage? Any awning on yours?

Side height is 29" (somebody asked me so I measured).
Hank - Queen in back, Double in front and the seating/dining area can be made into a second double. The foam mattresses are surprisingly comfortable.
It has an awning. I've never used or seen the awning. A guy who checked it out yesterday when I wasn't home said he took out the awning and it was in good shape. I guess I should set it up and take a picture.
Interior height is 6'5". I'm 6' even and never felt uncomfortable.
The storage compartment is across the whole length of the front (~7' x 2' x 1->2 ft). I've never had it anywhere close to full. Spare 5 gallon propane tank, 5 Gal water jug, drain bucket, assorted hoses, trashcan, toolbox, chocks , some wood blocks to help level, all the support poles and I still have tons of room.
Lots of storage inside too. A large drawer under the front bench. Two lockers under the side benches. Plus several cabinets. While down and towed you can still access the inside from the door (great to keep the cooler right at the door) and keep other items in hallway.
#1 picture - Shower folded down. Privacy curtain down.
#2 picture - Seating area made up for sleeping.

Questions: Did you measure the folded size including the tongue?
| 19' 4" is tongue to spare folded. Add three feet for "popped-up". You could gain about 4" by removing/relocating the spare if needed. Quote: |
With the shower folded up, could that area be a seat with a cushion?
| Not really, it's a bit too high. It works great as a desk or food prep area though. Quote: |
Does the hot water heater run off of the propane and battery alone - we don't go to areas with "hook ups".
| Yes - and so does the furnace. Quote:
Could you show a few additional pictures ?
If you have pictures of the awning I'd like to see that.
| #1 - Here is a right side view of the trailer with the stove out and attached to the side of the trailer while the trailer is folded up.
The door at the rear is the access panel for the cassette toilet.
#2 - Awning - Took it out and set it up. The Awning is in great shape although the storage bag is showing some sun fading.
#3 Shower/ Toilet Detail.
