1969 Toyota LC FJ40 with original 3spd floor shift and 3spd vacuum shift t-case. Landcruiser has several performance-enhancing mods:

• rebuilt ’77 2F engine with less than 100miles, RV Camshaft, bored .020 over
• MAF 6-into-1 headers & fluid heat riser
• All new suspension including OME springs, Rancho 5000’s, and MAF shackle reversal
• Disc brake conversion with drilled/slotted rotors, Mopar 4 piston calipers, and stainless steel brake lines
• 33x12.5 tires with ~35% tread left

I have also installed the following upgrades/mods:

• bucket seats
• late 2F oil cooler
• new radiator and water pump
• dual fuel tanks with electric pump and in-dash selector switch

I will also include the following parts in the sale: ’74 SM465 transmission – in good shape but needs a rebuild (bolts directly to the 3spd bellhousing, and when used with the 3spd t-case gives a whopping 61:1 crawl ratio), tough vinyl ½ doors, assorted parts, and 4 spd Toyota bellhousing and flywheel if the buyer is interested.

This LC is NOT a street princess, she is an incredibly durable, tough, trail-ready rig. There is some very typical FJ40 rust on the kick panels, quarter panels and the rear sill is rusted through in some places. All components work (all lights, both heaters, etc) with the exception of 2 gauges. Vehicle is currently non-op’d due to down time for engine replacement, but smog exempt and ready for registration in CA.
